We recommend booking private classes 4â6 weeks in advance to ensure the best availability, especially on weekends. Last-minute events may be possible â just ask!
We prefer seating 10 people at one long table â 5 on each side â so everyone can look the same direction and easily see the instructor. For larger groups, two long rows work great! Please avoid U-shapes, booths, or round tables. Believe it or not, sitting directly across from the artist can make it harder to follow along.
When we arrive, please be ready to give our instructor the flexibility to adjust the layout as needed. Weâve hosted over 1,100 events in every kind of space â trust us, weâll make it work!
Friday is considered part of the weekend for pricing purposes. Weekend rates apply for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday bookings.
We arrive about 1 hour before class time to set up. We also handle all cleanup afterward, so you can just relax and enjoy!
No. Tarping the floor actually creates a trip hazard and makes things less safe. We do not recommend it.
We are not responsible for any damage to surfaces during the class, so we strongly recommend avoiding carpeted areas. While our paint is water-soluble and usually cleans up easily, we canât promise someone wonât drop a brush on your rug. Hard floors are ideal â they clean up with ease.
Though it seems like a fun idea, outdoor painting events rarely go as planned. Bugs fly into the paint, heat and humidity affect the way the paint behaves, and wind can blow things over. We only agree to outdoor events in rare circumstances because our priority is making sure everyone has a great experience â and thatâs harder to guarantee outside.
Yes. Payment confirms your date and allows us to create your RSVP page. If youâre doing a public event or fundraiser with ticket sales, reach out for custom arrangements.
We bring all materials: aprons, easels, brushes, canvases, table covers, and paint â and we handle setup and cleanup! All you need to provide is a space with tables, chairs, and good lighting.
Absolutely! Just browse our Adult/Teen Gallery or Kids Gallery, then let us know your choice when booking.
We recommend joining one of our public classes â weâll make sure your group is seated together! You can also purchase 10 spots to make it a private class.
Definitely! Private events at homes or venues can include food and drinks of your choice. For restaurants or wineries, be sure to coordinate with the venue directly.
Yes! We love taking the Fun Art experience on the road. Travel fees may apply for events more than 30 minutes from Tulsa â just ask!
We do not offer refunds. Supplies are purchased as soon as the event is booked. Once your date is confirmed and on the schedule, it is locked in â because weâve likely turned down other public or private bookings for that date.
Your event is not confirmed until it is paid for. When you know your date, book it right away. We've had people lose their spot because someone else paid for that date first (ack!). Once your payment is received, we will add your event to the website and get everything rolling.
