Policy, Terms and Conditions

Ticket purchase implies agreement with policy and terms which are subject to change without notice.


Refund Policy

We cannot process refunds

Your Fun Art Class ticket is transferrable to another person. Thus, if you are unable to utilize a ticket or promo code to a Fun Art Class event, you may sell it or transfer it to another friend or family member. Thus, we do not offer refunds on any of our events. Your ticket is for an entertainment event, such as a concert.


Participant & Guest Policy

We only reserve enough space for our paid attendees. No extra persons can stay onsite unless they have paid for a ticket to paint. This is an event intended to entertain paid participants only.


Cancellations & No Shows

The minute you register for Fun Art Class, we start working to prepare for you! We pre-purchase your materials, we get packed for our event... and prior to your arrival, we work hard to ensure that we have a seat available for each ticket holder! All of our participants are outfitted with an apron, easel, paint brushes, water cup, paper towels, pre-disbursed paint and a canvas! This is why we must have pre-registrations for all of our events! When you don't arrive, A) We worry B) We have to remove all of your materials and have wasted materials.

Therefore: We do not give refunds for no-shows, cancellations or misses due to illness or any other reason. In the event you must miss an event you have pre-registered for; please call or text us at 918-409-0448 AND email us at info@funartclass.com as soon as you know. If you inform us that you cannot attend at least 24 hours in advance, we will issue you a promo code to use within 60 days of your event. You may use your ticket on a future event of the same type. If you do not inform us and you do not show up, your ticket will be considered redeemed.

Please note: Having your friends notify us when they arrive to the event is not substantial cancellation and thus your ticket will be considered redeemed. If you have followed the 24 hour cancellation policy, send us an email at info@funartclass.com the next day and request a promo code for future use. We hope nothing keeps you from your Fun Art Class ... but if it does, we got your back! You can attend another time as long as you inform us! In the event that you have used your reschedule promo code to register for an event, and miss the class a second time, we will consider the ticket redeemed. No further promo codes will be issued.


Terms and Conditions

By registering for a Fun Art Class or purchasing a private art class package with us, you hereby agree to our Terms & Conditions: Your artwork and/or picture(s) may be used in publications, promotional materials or websites published by Fun Art Class by sole proprietor, Tammy Hornek. I give my permission for my artwork and/or picture to be used by Tammy Hornek for promotion of Fun Art Class. I release Tammy Hornek and its agents, assistants and venue location owners and employees from responsibility should there be damage to my person, my belongings, clothing or personal effects. We are not liable for any injury you may sustain while participating in our art classes. We cannot offer refunds on tickets or registration fees for any reason. We pre-purchase the art materials and have already incurred a significant expense before you arrive to the class. So your registration purchase is FINAL and monies can not be returned. If you cannot attend, simply inform us 24 hours in advance in writing via email at info@funartclass.com. We can transfer your registration to another event or issue you a promotional code for future use. We must be notified within 24 hours of the start of your event via email at info@funartclass.com. Notifying us via social media channels, text message, etc is not considered an official notification. If you are a no-show, your ticket will be considered redeemed. If you reschedule one event more than three times and attempt to reschedule it a fourth time, your request will be denied and your ticket considered redeemed. We offer travelling art classes. We partner with local venues that host our events. We reserve the right to change the venue of your party, if necessary. If a change in venue occurs, you will be notified and no refunds will be given as a result. If there are fewer than 3 participants registered for any event, we reserve the right to reschedule the event. Our artworks are copyright of Tammy Hornek and Fun Art Class, Fun Art Night or Fun Nite Art, LLC and are protected by US Trademark law. We are prepared to protect our intellectual property, trademark and copyrights to the fullest extent of the law. Our structure, plan, format, paintings and wording are included in that protection. Please do not agree unless you understand our terms of agreement and you understand that exceptions to these policies cannot be granted.


Contest Policy

If you have won a contest, CONGRATULATIONS! Even if you don't think so, you CAN DO THIS! We often gift free events and or public event packages. If you have won one of our contests, we are eager to party with YOU... and thus, your ticket or package is not transferrable to another person.
