<h1>Fun Art Class&nbsp;Fun$Raising options! </h1><h3>Painting Donations for Silent Auctions: </h3><ul><li>We would be thrilled to donate to your organization! Our donations are always a great addition to any charitable event! You will be given pick-up instructions and will provide us with a detailed donation receipt. Please complete the Fun$raiser request form to request your donation.</li><li>We would like to attend as many silent auctions as we can. So please feel free to invite us to your to your event!</li></ul><h3>Fun Art Class Fun$raising Events</h3><h4>Public Fun$raiser</h4><ul><li>Our Fun Art Class prices are done in such a way that we keep our profit margins very thin, so we can provide the best cost for our customers while also providing the highest quality materials and experience. Therefore, we must ensure that we remain profitable. As such, we cannot pay out on a Fun$raiser until ticket sales reach a minimum of 10.&nbsp;</li><li><a>https://form.jotform.com/funniteart/fundraiser.</a></li><li>Once the 11th ticket is purchased, we begin paying out to your beneficiary. See the chart posted on the Request Form found here:&nbsp; </li><li>If guests wish to receive a donation receipt, they will receive it from you or the beneficiary. </li><li>We can accommodate up to 60 painters! </li><li>When you hold a Fun Art Class Fun$raiser, it is your responsibility to provide the venue space and to sell your own tickets.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>We will place your Fun$raiser on our website and it will be open for the public to join. However, please keep in mind that we do not commit to selling the tickets for you. </li><li>Per our terms and conditions for ANY event, we reserve the right to cancel the event if ticket sales have not reached a minimum of 3 within 5 days of the event. Any tickets that have been sold will not receive refunds. Those guests will receive a promo code to redeem and use on a future event. </li></ul><h4>Private Fun$raiser</h4><ul><li>If you want to host a Private Fundraiser, the process is the same as a public one, except, you will need to pre-pay for your first 10 tickets to hold the date&nbsp;</li><li>OR once the event is set up on our website, you have 3 days to get your first 10 registrants to purchase their tickets.</li></ul><h4>Ticket sales Fun$raiser:</h4><ul><li>We have opportunities for groups to sell gift tickets as a Fun$raiser option.&nbsp;</li><li>Organization must commit to selling 100 tickets. Fundraiser

<h4>We are focused on safety of everyone who may be travelling to a Fun Nite Art event. Our events are fun and social and do not warrant putting each persons safety at risk. Thus, we have the following inclement weather policy: </h4>Inclement Weather<blockquote>We will follow the&nbsp;School Cancellations&nbsp;of the&nbsp;location&nbsp;in which our event is being held.&nbsp;Fun Nite Art HQ is based in the City of Waynesboro and Augusta County and thus,&nbsp;Augusta County school closures trump the closure of an event being held in another county.<ul><li>For example: If your event is in Tulsa County and Tulsa County Schools are cancelled due to weather, our event will be cancelled.</li><li>We are located in Rogers County. ANY time Rogers County schools are closed, our events are cancelled - even if the event is being held in Tulsa County and their students are in school. (because it is obviously unsafe for us to travel through Rogers County to get to the event.</li><li>Your event will be rescheduled, not cancelled.&nbsp;Thus, we can not process refunds for events that must be rescheduled due to weather. We pre-purchase materials for your event based on pre-registrations and thus, refunds can not offered. It is hardly our fault that weather happened, so why would you want to demand a refund to a small biz owner over a weather event?</li><li>If you are unable to attend the reschedule date, a promo code will be provided for you to use at a future Fun Art Night public event. You will have 60-days to redeem your code from the date of the reschedule event.</li><li>Regardless of the number of tickets you purchased,&nbsp;refunds can not be processed. Even though you purchased 5 tickets, we purchased 5 materials... so the policy remains regardless of the number of tickets you hold.</li><li>Private events will be rescheduled based on the availability of our schedule and the hosts schedule. We will give you the highest priority for rescheduling as possible. We cannot guarantee the reschedule date will work with every one of your attendees.</li><li>If school is not in session during a weather event, the decision will lie solely on Fun Art Night Board of Directors.</li><li>We reserve the right to hold an event even if the schools have been canceled. After living here through last winter, we believe there were several school cancellations that were not necessary, or the roads were clear by the evening. Thus, all weather determinations will lie with Fun Art Night Board of Directors.&nbsp;</li><li>If we determine it is safe enough to hold an event, yet you feel it is not safe for you to travel, we ask you to stay home! Refer to our Cancellation &amp; No Show section for handling of your ticket.</li><li>You should ensure that when you register for a Fun Art Night event that you provide the correct email and cell phone number during the registration process!&nbsp;We will send you a text message, an email and a phone message to inform you that an event is cancelled. If you have not provided accurate information, then we have no way to contact you. We cannot be held liable for you not receiving the notifications due to not providing correct information.</li></ul></blockquote>Cancellations &amp; No Shows<blockquote>The minute you register for an event, we start working to prepare for you! We pre-purchase your materials, we get packed for our event... and prior to your arrival, we work hard to ensure that we have a seat available for each ticket holder! All of our participants are outfitted with an apron, easel, paint brushes, water cup, paper towels,&nbsp;pre-disbursed paint&nbsp;and a canvas! This is why we must have pre-registrations for all of our events! When you don't arrive, A) We worry B) We have to remove all of your materials and have wasted materials. Therefore:<ul><li>We do not give refunds for no-shows, cancellations or misses due to illness or any other reason.</li><li>In the event you must miss an event you have pre-registered for; please call or text us at&nbsp;540-256-2843&nbsp;AND email us at info@funartnight.com as soon as you know.</li><li>If&nbsp;you inform us that you cannot attend at&nbsp;least 24 hours in advance, we will issue you a promo code to use within&nbsp;60 days of your event. You may use your ticket on a&nbsp;future event of the&nbsp;same type.&nbsp;If you do not inform us and you do not show up, your ticket will be considered redeemed.&nbsp;Please note: Having your friends notify us when they arrive to the event is not substantial cancellation and thus your ticket will be considered redeemed.</li><li>If you have followed the 24 hour cancellation policy, send us an email at info@funartnight.com the next day and request a promo code for future use.</li><li>We hope nothing keeps you from your Fun Art Night pARTy... but if it does, we got your back! You can attend another time as long as you inform us!</li><li>In the event that you have used your reschedule promo code to register for an event, and miss the class a second time, we will consider the ticket redeemed. No further promo codes will be issued.</li></ul></blockquote>Refund Policy<blockquote>Your Fun Nite Art is transferrable to another person. Thus, if you are unable to utilize a ticket or promo code to a Fun Art Night event, you may sell it or transfer it to another friend or family member.&nbsp;Thus, we do not offer refunds on any of our events.&nbsp;Your ticket is for an entertainment event, such as a concert.</blockquote>Contests<blockquote>If you have won a contest, CONGRATULATIONS! Even if you don't think so, you CAN DO THIS! We often gift free events and or public event packages. If you have won one of our contests, we are eager to party with YOU... and thus, your ticket or package is not transferrable to another person.</blockquote>

Inclement Weather, Cancellations & Refund Policy

By registering for a Fun Art Class or purchasing a private art class package with us, you hereby agree to our Terms &amp; Conditions: Your artwork and/or picture(s) may be used in publications, promotional materials or websites published by Fun Art Class by sole proprietor, Tammy Hornek. I give my permission for my artwork and/or picture to be used by Tammy Hornek for promotion of Fun Art Class. I release Tammy Hornek and its agents, assistants and venue location owners and employees from responsibility should there be damage to my person, my belongings, clothing or personal effects. We are not liable for any injury you may sustain while participating in our art classes. We cannot offer refunds on tickets or registration fees for any reason. We pre-purchase the art materials and have already incurred a significant expense before you arrive to the class. So your registration purchase is FINAL and monies can not be returned. If you cannot attend, simply inform us 24 hours in advance in writing via email at info@funartclass.com. We can transfer your registration to another event or issue you a promotional code for future use. We must be notified within 24 hours of the start of your event via email at info@funartclass.com. Notifying us via social media channels, text message, etc is not considered an official notification. If you are a no-show, your ticket will be considered redeemed. If you reschedule one event more than three times and attempt to reschedule it a fourth time, your request will be denied and your ticket considered redeemed. We offer travelling art classes. We partner with local venues that host our events. We reserve the right to change the venue of your party, if necessary. If a change in venue occurs, you will be notified and no refunds will be given as a result. If there are fewer than 3 participants registered for any event, we reserve the right to reschedule the event. Our artworks are copyright of Tammy Hornek and Fun Art Class, Fun Art Night or Fun Nite Art, LLC and are protected by US Trademark law. We are prepared to protect our intellectual property, trademark and copyrights to the fullest extent of the law. Our structure, plan, format, paintings and wording are included in that protection. Please do not agree unless you understand our terms of agreement and you understand that exceptions to these policies cannot be granted.

We are seeking partnerships with local businesses that would like to offer a cultural and entertaining activity to their patrons, as well as pull in new customers through the subscribership of Fun Art Class. Our demographics are just who you need to frequent your venue! Exposure to new customers! What to Expect?
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
Our events take approximately 3 hours. We typically begin at 6pm and end by 9pm.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
We show up an hour early to set up. We stay between 30 min to an hour after to clean up.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
You can expect our guests to purchase dinner or an appetizer and usually at least one beverage or soda. Participants who drink alcoholic beverages often purchase 2-3 drinks.What we need from you:&nbsp;
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
Space to seat 25 people. Each person needs the amount of space one would need to eat a formal dinner.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
3 pitchers of water for rinsing brushes (or access to a water source for filling our own pitcher). We will pour it into our paint pails.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
1 exclusive trash can for disposal of our paint materials through the night
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
Bright light. The brighter the better.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
We play our own music in between artist instruction. If it is possible to lower the restaurant music during our event it is helpful. This way, I can turn music down when I am teaching and up when the customers are painting.&nbsp;
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
We paint in the middle of the room among other diners, and we have also painted in private rooms. That is up to you. We can literally paint almost anywhere. We can be somewhat loud, so if you have a more private area of your venue to place us, it might be good. If in the middle of the dining room, and there are open tables around us, we recommend leaving them open.&nbsp;Please seat us at tables with chairs. We cannot seat our guests in booths.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
One extra nearby table. Our guests will use at least 1 table to store their belongings away from the paint area.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
A dedicated waiter. Obviously, we want you to see a spike in sales during our event. We bring you the people. It’s your staff who will get the sale! We recommend that wait staff be dedicated to our group for the first hour to get through the rush.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
Meals and orders should be placed around the guest. Please ask the waiter NOT to place meals on adjacent tables. Squeeze the food in around and behind the easels. The folks will adjust.&nbsp;Considerations
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
Client’s pre-register and pre-pay for their Fun Art class. Thus, leaving them with an open wallet the night of our event... to patronize YOUR business!
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
Clients patronize your business during the 3-hour event. There is nothing more to purchase from us... so they spend their money with you!
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
Each client pays for their own food and beverage
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
Due to the free marketing and revenue increase our partners receive, we cannot pay for space rental
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
We handle set-up and clean up. We wrap all surfaces for protection and have a staff member dedicated to in-class assistance and clean-up. We have never caused permanent damage.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
We promote the event to our customer base by posting on our Facebook page, creating, and inviting all our Facebook friends to a Facebook Event and by emailing an invitation to our entire subscribership.&nbsp;If you have an email list or Facebook page, we also ask that you share the event to your customers as well.&nbsp;We will add the event to our Facebook page and add your Business Facebook page as a Co-Host. We need you to accept that request and help share the event along with us.&nbsp;&nbsp;If you would like to hang a flyer, we will be happy to provide you with one.

Customers pay us for the painting class and pay venue for refreshments
