Painting Donations for Silent Auctions:

• We would be thrilled to donate to your organization! Our donations are always a great addition to any charitable event! You will be given pick-up instructions and will provide us with a detailed donation receipt. Please complete the Fun$raiser request form to request your donation.
• We would like to attend as many silent auctions as we can. So please feel free to invite us to your to your event!

Fun Art Class Fun$raising Events

Public Fun$raiser

• Our Fun Art Class prices are done in such a way that we keep our profit margins very thin, so we can provide the best cost for our customers while also providing the highest quality materials and experience. Therefore, we must ensure that we remain profitable. As such, we cannot pay out on a Fun$raiser until ticket sales reach a minimum of 10.

• Once the 11th ticket is purchased, we begin paying out to your beneficiary. See the chart posted on the Request Form found here: 
  
• If guests wish to receive a donation receipt, they will receive it from you or the beneficiary.
  
• We can accommodate up to 60 painters!
  
• When you hold a Fun Art Class Fun$raiser, it is your responsibility to provide the venue space and to sell your own tickets. 

• We will place your Fun$raiser on our website and it will be open for the public to join. However, please keep in mind that we do not commit to selling the tickets for you.
  
• Per our terms and conditions for ANY event, we reserve the right to cancel the event if ticket sales have not reached a minimum of 3 within 5 days of the event. Any tickets that have been sold will not receive refunds. Those guests will receive a promo code to redeem and use on a future event.
  

Private Fun$raiser

• If you want to host a Private Fundraiser, the process is the same as a public one, except, you will need to pre-pay for your first 10 tickets to hold the date 
• OR once the event is set up on our website, you have 3 days to get your first 10 registrants to purchase their tickets.

Ticket sales Fun$raiser:

• We have opportunities for groups to sell gift tickets as a Fun$raiser option. 
• Organization must commit to selling 100 tickets. To inquire complete the form and we will discuss further.
